Located in Winnipeg’s historic French Quarter, this mixed-use mid-rise combines modern residential suites with ground-floor retail. With covered parking, quality finishes, and a design that complements the character of St. Boniface, the project reflects Penfor Construction’s expertise in building thoughtful, community-focused spaces. Completion is scheduled for Fall 2025.
